Cookery

The meals we offer are strictly based on our own regional tradition, following the season and the old cookery art.
So you will taste a broad variety of dishes ranging from the best ham, salt cheese, “the granny” soups, to many meat dishes, as well as our “polenta”(made out of the flour produced in the old mill) and sweets which are oven-cooked on a daily basis.
